How is your energy level? If your answer is zero, and you feel run down and worn out, it may be time to recharge your batteries. Vitamins and extra rest and relaxation may be all that you need. However, if you are willing to delve deeper, you might discover an underlying cause for your exhaustion.
If you are willing to take an honest look at why you are feeling this way, you may find that a thought or belief or a relationship is not in alignment with who you truly are. There may also be people in your life that are draining your energy. Once you figure out the root cause of these feelings you can weed them out and redirect your energy toward things that uplift you and help you to feel more vibrant.
Try to follow your head and your heart’s direction. Honor yourself in all that you do and in all situations. Make meditation a part of your daily practice to get the clarity you need in all of life situations..
