It helps to create a space for yourself to meditate daily. When you create a special space and time to do this,you are letting go and connecting to beauty, positive thoughts, and grace. You are listening to the beauty of silence and quieting down all rumblings in your mind and focusing on the positive. The more that you go within the more that you begin to understand your true nature and the more joy and happiness you will receive in your life. While meditating in a state of gratitude for all blessings you are upping your own personal prana or chi and bringing your body into a state of balance and peace.
