You should take the time each day out of your busy schedule to meditate. The benefits of meditating far exceed the time you take out of your busy schedule to do this. Think of it this way, if a lake is clear and still, you can see the bottom of it. Just like a lake, if your mind is clear and still you can see your true self, and receive many answers to life’s questions. The practice of meditation will help you to gain greater insights into the meaning and purpose of life. In meditation you break down any illusions you might have about life. You do away with any diversions and rationalizations that you might be feeding yourself. You reach the core of your being and find your connection to the universe.
