During your times of meditation it is helpful for you to ask for guidance.Perhaps you are having difficulty in a particular area of your life. It is then time that you need some help so it is most appropriate to ask for it. Ask for help so that you can cocreate what you need. Think of what you are doing as entering into a postive partnership with divine intelligence. Share your concerns so that you can bring about
your positive intentions to create a more meaningful life that is in line with what you are here to do and fulfill.
Assume when you are asking for guidance that you will receive it. Relax your mind in your meditation so that you begin receiving it. Know that you are being guided in the most appropriate way for your own healing.
